Asara Villa & Suite - Hua Hin

Our villa was just magic with it's own plunge pool and the privacy made for a fun time.......the staff were all friendly and attentive even remembering how we had our tea and just the most wonderful setting and great Restraunts. We could not have asked for a more Devine setting or facilities. We had the best holiday we've had ever and we go away twice a year and we've been married for 35 years so were talking lots of holidays. Thank you Asara.

The only problem was the shuttle bus only went into town in the evenings so if you wanted to go into town you had to catch a cab but in all honesty it wasn't a great expense 150 Bart so I'm really being very picky. We loved the place.

We really enjoyed our staying at this resort. The private pool villa was beatifuly green with natural plants.

The suttle bus was small less than 10 seat so it can not accomidate all the guest & it goes to the city 2 times in the evening only at 6:oo & 8;00 pm.

Beautifully designed hotel, conveniently located (5 minutes from the center of town) yet away from the crowd. Very friendly staff who tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The resort is beautiful with a tropical garden. We stayed in a suite and found it quite luxurious with a kingsize bed and a large bathroom which came with a outdoor shower. Breakfast was great and so was the restaurant. The pool is enormous and the resort is right at the beach with its own private beach under the palm trees.

The resort is 6 km from the centre but there is a shuttle bus 2x / evening. The bed sheets were not changed regularly enough. Every room received daily a basket of fruit except us. The bathroom floor showed old and therefore a bit dirty. All the woodwork in the resort could use a new layer of paint. All these details considered, the hotel is only worth 4 stars.

I liked the tranquility of the setting, the awareness of the staff but not in your face very helpful especailly the young guys at the pool area, always there to see your every needs, towels, menus, drinks etc...very very lovely and always smiling.

for three days and two nights that i stayed at this hotel.everything that i done example go to have breakfast,have snack,go to library and go to swim i walk by myself for far distance the hotel have co-cart car but it used for convenience of the hotel staff it not used for service the guest even guest is a fat woman or kid.no greeting from hotel staff.and no information from the hotel that you have snack and drink served at 14:00-15:00pm. on the first day that i check in i don't know.i drive to the hua-hin market to take a cup of coffee on that time.and absolutely this hotel is very bad service.if you have time.please kindly observe putahraksa hotel all service is very good.thank you and i think this hotel is the first and last time for me.

please kindly improve your service or go to observe putahraksa hotel how that hotel is the best one in my mind.

Very big room, 2 big swimming pools, peaceful and quiet location

Place was immaculate and service was top notched!

Nature design and the beach was fantastic.

Limited seat at the restaurant during breakfast time. Signages are not clear enough for direction.

I will definately return to this place and stay longer. The lush of the green nature all around the hotel makes you feel like you are in the heart of nature. The beach area is quiet. Food selection in the hotel was good. I like their Thai cuisine. Portions were good too and value for money.

Wonderful place, pool areas were super, suite was good and everything was just like we expected. Nothing bad to say.

- no flexibilty in changing to king size bed - when staff came to make two single bed to be connected, the staff didn't clean up the floor - check in and check out time is not efficient. staff was very slow in handling process and no welcome drink served!! - afternoon tea was not impressive at all - not a place for couple, more of the family

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are very generous size and well appointed.

The New Year compulsory dinner was way overpriced.

The rooms were very spacious and all equipped with quality fittings. Swimming pools were the cleanest i have ever seen and the gardens/grounds were immaculately kept. Courtesy mini bus to centre of Hua Hin was a lovely touch.

Although all the staff were very helpful and always had a smile they sometimes struggled to understand English.
